Great effort is given to producing quality and thoughtful workmanship.  Nevertheless, these are handmade items from irregularly shaped beads, and slight imperfections are possible.  

To ensure longevity, it is the wearer's responsibility to care for each piece as delicate jewelry.  Care instructions are included with every shipment, and listed here under Care...

Because your care is so important to keeping bead pieces in their best condition, I can guarantee my work for a short period of time.  Please contact me if you feel there has been a failure in workmanship.  Remedies will be offered on a case by case basis.
